Personal data retention

Ascott Analytical reserves the right to retain files on our secure systems where we have provided products and services for you, exercise or defence of any warranty or legal claim again the firm. The relevant periods for which the file will be retained prior to destruction will be 5 years.

Marketing information

If Ascott Analytical send you marketing materials then this data is reviewed every 6 months and any data selected as no-longer a client or contact will be deleted after 12 months.

Your rights to request to see the information we hold

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold on our systems about you at any point in time. Simply email Ascott at the e-mail address given on the contact page.

We will ask you to prove your identity along with two pieces of approved identification.
